Shipping Coverage

We ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional and remote areas. All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre within Australia.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We use reputable courier services (e.g. Australia Post, Sendle) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (varies by location)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (availability dependent on location and stock)

Note: If you require express shipping, please contact us after placing your order. Express options are subject to product weight, delivery location and stock availability.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free standard shipping on orders over the following amounts:

  • Victoria: Orders over $150
  • New South Wales (NSW): Orders over $199
  • Australian Captial Territory (ACT): over $199
  • Tasmania (TAS): Orders over $199
  • South Australia (SA): Orders over $199
  • Queensland (QLD): Orders over $199
  • Western Australia (WA): Orders over $399
  • Northern Territory (NT): Orders over $599

For orders under these thresholds, a flat-rate shipping fee applies depending on location.

NDIS-Funded Orders

If your order is NDIA-Managed or Plan-Managed:

Your order will be held and dispatched once payment is received from the NDIA or your Plan Manager.

Ensure all details provided at checkout are correct to avoid delays.
