PermaFoam Classic includes two differently structured foams. The absorbent layer consists of hydrophilic polyurethane foam which promoters vertical wicking of exudate from the wound surface. The outer layer consists of flexible, soft, semi permeable polyurethane foam which is water and bacteria proof.
